Men's Schedule
1st Day of Regular Season Practice: November 11, 2024
*10th - 12th Grade Football players will be given a set amount of days off after their season ends before starting up with wrestling practice.
Red & White Dualwill now be on a Tuesday. For those who do not know what this event is, it is an intrasquad jamboree (Nixa vs. Nixa). This is a great opportunity for us to see some wrestle-offs and allow the wrestlers to compete in front of a crowd.
You will see several JV Match-Up Night's on the schedule. These nights are for Junior Varsity competition only and will be run like a tournament. They will be mostly round-robin brackets, and the wrestlers should get 3-5 matches. There are no individual medals or team scoring.
The next run of Varsity competitions are the same as last year:
- Farmington & Logan-Rogersville Dual (HOME)
- Neosho Tournament
- Kansas City Stampede
- Carthage Dual Tournament
NEW this year: After last competing as a full team in 2013, Nixa will be returning to the Kinloch Classic. This is a long-standing tournament run at Parkview High School over the Christmas Break.

- Lafayette 'Fred Ross' Invite (St. Louis)

Women's Schedule
1st Day of Regular Season Practice: November 4, 2024
Red & White Dual will now be on a Tuesday. For those who do not know what this event is, it is an intrasquad jamboree (Nixa vs. Nixa). This is a great opportunity for us to see some wrestle-offs and allow the wrestlers to compete in front of a crowd.
It is important to note that JV Tournaments or JV Match-Up Nights in girls' wrestling do not exist yet. So we will send our "JV' / Non Starters" to varsity-level competitions. We have done this for several years, and our girls always perform well!
Francis Howell and North Point Dual: We will start the season off with one of the best teams in the state, Francis Howell. These varsity duals will be at Francis Howell in St. Charles, Missouri. The next day, we will wrestle our JV and some of our starters in the Festus Scramble, which is essentially a tournament.
December 6th, was initially scheduled as a HOME dual. We are struggling to find an opponent for that night. I have a few ideas out there, but at this moment, nothing is confirmed. So, for now, I have removed it from the schedule with the hope of adding it back on. Stay tuned
