Greeting FVHS Families!
A message from our Principal
Dear Firebird Families,
As we embrace the arrival of May, we find ourselves nearing the conclusion of another remarkable school year. Before we bid farewell to this academic period, it is our utmost pleasure to honor and appreciate our dedicated educators. This week marks Teacher Appreciation Week, a time to recognize and celebrate the remarkable contributions of our teachers. Our teachers exemplify unwavering commitment in shaping the minds of our students, ensuring that each individual receives the necessary support to thrive academically. We encourage you to take a moment this week to express your gratitude to your teachers, acknowledging the profound impact they have had on your educational journey.
As we approach the conclusion of the semester, it is crucial to remain vigilant regarding upcoming course deadlines, testing dates, and graduation requirements. By now, you should have communicated your intentions for the next school year to your Homeroom teacher. We eagerly anticipate your continued presence in our school community for the upcoming academic year. Excitement fills the air as we prepare to host our awards ceremonies and honor our graduating class at the end of May. Graduates are reminded to adhere to all course deadlines, ensuring that all required work is submitted by May 10th to participate in the graduation ceremony at UCF in Orlando.
Reflecting on this school year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your dedication and perseverance. As you embark on a well-deserved summer break, filled with joy and relaxation, we eagerly anticipate your return in August for another enriching academic year. Stay tuned for further updates as we gear up for an exciting kickoff to the 2024-2025 school year.
In these final weeks, remember the strength and resilience that define our Firebird community. Finish this chapter with determination and pride, knowing that your potential has no limits. Together, we will soar to greater heights. You are capable, you are valued, and you are Firebirds!
Warm regards, Suzanna Pacheco
