Happy Leap Day! Thank you for your children. We appreciate your support as we navigate this up and down winter with warm weather one day and cold temperatures another. • Acting with integrity can be considered a green zone strategy because if our words do not match our actions, it can cause us stress and anxiety. Using self-management strategies and making responsible decisions can help us stay in the green zone.
