Our Spring sports teams are off to a great start this season! Baseball and Track, to Girls Soccer and Volleyball, your Grizzlies are piling up wins this Spring.

We are making a strong push toward the post-season and the end of the school year, with some GAC championships (Golf/Tennis) starting this week!

Our last official signing day of the year was on April 16th. Congrats to our Grizzlies planning on competing at the collegiate level!

The Impact Test date for guard members who need one is May 8th at 3:00pm in the Library after school.

Concession sales make up the majority of fundraising money for our Grizzly Way Booster Club. We rely on parent volunteers to staff the concession stand so we can continue to give back to our students!

The booster club has given back over $100,000 in just about 3 years of giving, thank you so much for your continued support!

Both the Boys and Girls Track teams are performing at an extremely high level this spring. Each team has brought home multiple meet titles this year, and are progressing towards a successful post-season as well.

This week North Point will host a JV meet on Wednesday after school, the Varsity Boys compete on Friday at Triad, and the Girls will head to the Dale Collier Invitational on Saturday.

This past weekend, the teams continued setting personal bests at the Ladue Invitational.

The girls soccer team has some huge wins this season, knocking off St. Joes, Lafayette, and Hannibal just to name a few. Based on their strong showing in the GAC Central, your Grizzlies will compete in the GAC Champions Cup over the next couple of weeks! Good luck ladies!

The Grizzlies have been playing great as of late, they have pushed their season record to 16-7 after their latest win v. Troy. The sixteen varsity wins establishes a new program best in the 4th year of the program.

They'll look to keep it rolling this week against a very tough FZE team. They look to improve their conference standings after a conference sweep over Washington last week.

The Boys tennis team has had a great season with a record of 11-5, and a 5-1 Conference Record. They'll start GAC Tournament play tomorrow at North Point!

The added the FHC doubles tournament last week and had an impressive 2nd place team finish! Good luck at Conference and Individual Districts this week Grizzlies!

The Boys Volleyball team is off to an impressive 17-5 season record and are stacking wins in an effort to secure a #1 seed in the upcoming district tournament.

The Varsity team will finish this week at the tough Lafayette Tournament, while the JV and Freshmen teams will compete in the GAC Tournament. Good luck Gentlemen!

The Boys Golf Team's most recent win came in a conference match up with Ft. Zumwalt North! The JV team also picked up a win.

They had a great battle with FZS, just missing another conference win, before finishing the week competing with the other WSD High Schools for the Gentile Cup!

Congrats to Devin, she was named the 2025 St. Louis Post-Dispatch Scholar Athlete for North Point High School!

Having great attendance is a must for athletes and activities participants. Not only does being in class regularly help with your grades, but it is required to be able to participate on a day when your sport or activity has a contest or game!

Our North Point parents have been great so far about keeping my office up to date, thank you for your efforts! Here are a few quick reminders:

- If your student will miss all or a portion of a school day that falls on the same date as a game/contest, this absence will need to be pre-approved by Dr. Adams.

- Parents should email Dr. Adams at least 24 hours in advance of the absence on a contest day, including partial absences for doctors appointments. He will respond back approving or denying the ability to play/participate.

- Students should bring a doctor's note back with them to give to the attendance office upon their return.

- Remember, any absence that isn't pre-approved (including leaving school for lunch or for forgotten items at home) on the day of a contest will make the student ineligible to compete that day.

- Be careful with Fridays or days prior to breaks, if the contest is on a Saturday and the absence occurs on a Friday, a student will not be eligible to compete on Saturday.

- All absences should be called in or emailed to the attendance office, and absences from a practice should be communicated directly with coaches and sponsors.

Student participants are expected to maintain their eligibility and citizenship by following our district and MSHSAA Guidelines. If you are a student athlete or the parent of a student athlete who has interest in competing in sports at the collegiate level, you should start to track your progress toward meeting collegiate standards when you are a freshman!
