Attendance Matters - Make Every Day Count
The Greece Central School District has made improving student attendance a priority for the 2023-24 school year. Since the pandemic, students are missing more school days, which means they are also missing out on more instructional time and opportunities to make meaningful personal connections. Each month, we will be sharing this Make Every Day Count newsletter with you. It includes information about why regular school attendance is important, as well as tips for promoting positive attendance habits at home. Our staff is here to help families overcome any obstacles to regular school attendance. Please reach out to your child's teacher, counselor, or social worker if you need help and we will develop a plan together. Our school community is always better when we are all together!
