Welcome Back! We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Break with time to spend with friends and family! We have a lot of wonderful things happening in Extended Learning this month. We are going to Shark Ice on December 7 and many SCESD students will have an opportunity to try ice skating. We are looking forward to a busy, fun filled day.

Reminder: We have an incredible program planned for Winter Intersession December 16 to 20. Students will be able to learn about being a pilot, drones, aeronautics, do sports, and theater arts and much more! See the flyer below for information on how to sign-up.

Guitar Classes: Get ready for an exciting opportunity! Our after-school programs are offering guitar classes for students in grades 3-6. This is a fantastic chance for young musicians to learn and grow, but spots are limited. We have space for up to 25 students in each group (grades 3-4 and 5-6), and it's first come, first served! Sign-ups will be available a few weeks before the classes begin at after school sign-out, so be sure to mark your calendars! Many students at various sites have already enjoyed this amazing experience, and we can't wait for you to join in on the fun. Fifth and Sixth grade After School Program Flag Football Jamboree

• Our basketball season is just around the corner, and our student-athletes couldn’t be more thrilled! 🏀 To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly remind parents planning to attend Friday games to complete the Parent Code of Conduct Form and submit it to the after-school program staff at your site.
• We encourage everyone to lead by example, showcasing outstanding sportsmanship by cheering on both teams and creating a positive atmosphere for our players. Please see the schedule below for the locations of upcoming Friday games. Let’s make this season one to remember!

Saturday Programs: Our next round of Saturday Programs will start April 5. Sign-ups will open in January. Be sure to sign your children up for our innovative programing. If you need assistance signing up for Saturday Programs, please call (831) 784-2240.
