Raider Nation News
Volume 5 Ed. 6
Message from Bob Carnaroli - Principal
Dear Raider Nation,
In honor of Labor Day and USA Military Night Raider Nation came out supporting in full force with the red, white, and blue. From the awarding of the #40 Jack Snook Jersey to senior Colton Constable, to the video honoring all branches of the service, running of the flags, smoke from the big helmet, our singers, and color guard presenting colors, and singing the National Anthem, to the game itself was something so see. Our student section was a sight to behold decked out in USA theme dress with some creative costumes of famous Americans, we had it all. The team came out and just took over handily defeating Lanier 33 – 20 avenging a close loss to the Longhorns from last year. The Best Band in the Land in concert with the Cheer Squad had Raider Valley pumped and rocking all night long. If I said it once, I have said it 100 times, there is no better place to watch a HS football game that in our stadium. ..it’s not even close.
The Pride, Passion, Purpose, and Patriotism was a sight to behold… I know not everyone attends the games or maybe even care about sports, but for the folks and participants in that stadium that experience will be with them the rest of their lives. When we do things, we do them right and with conviction and purpose. Friday Night was done RIGHT.
Help us tell and share our STORY by following all things NFHS and Raider Nation on the following sites and platforms.
