School Days
Hello Rodman Families,
We had a great week at the Rodman! This week the preschool introduced an exciting new theme called "All About Me." This theme will focus on helping each child explore and celebrate their own unique personalities, interests, and abilities. Through various activities and projects, children will have the opportunity to express themselves, learn about themselves and their peers, and gain a sense of pride and belonging in the preschool community.
Get ready for a fun and enriching journey of self-discovery!
Warm regards,
Shelley Needle, MS, BCBA, LABA

This Week's Book Highlight
"The Colors of Us" is a children's book written by Karen Katz that follows a young girl named Lena as she discovers the beauty and diversity of skin tones in her community. Through Lena's exploration of various shades and colors, the book celebrates the uniqueness and importance of all individuals, showcasing the idea that each person is special in their own way. "The Colors of Us" promotes self-acceptance and acceptance of others, encouraging young readers to embrace diversity and love themselves for who they are. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nsqo3YP-Xs
