Band/Color Guard banquet (May 10th)
Please be on the lookout for volunteer opportunities for our annual banquet this coming May. It's a great way to let our kids know we appreciate all their hard work. More info below.

This will be a busy week! Please see the schedule below. The final trip payment of $225 is due tomorrow, along with the signed rules acknowledgment page and medicine form, if applicable.
Students will perform their small ensembles at our Ensemble Recital Night Thursday. We will send out a schedule for that evening soon. Due to the quick turnaround for the Orlando trip, the ensemble recital will be from 3:00-6:00 Thursday afternoon.
Monday: Symphonic and Wind Ensemble Full Band; Orlando chaperone meeting at 6:30 PM
Tuesday: Section rehearsals as assigned
Wednesday: Concert Band Rehearsal; Full Orchestra Rehearsal
Thursday: Ensemble Recital
Friday: 3:00 AM meet time for the Orlando trip!

Bites at the Lake rescheduled for February 22nd
Come join us at the Bites at the Lake epicurean evening at CLHS commons area on Feb 22nd in conjunction with our percussion and jazz band concerts. We will have local restaurants provide tasty food samples and there will be gift cards as door prizes. It should be fun!
Tickets will be available online for $15 / person up to Feb 19th and then will cost $18 / person at the door. Kids 5 years and under are free.
Seeking volunteers to make homemade desserts and help serve lemonade, tea and water with ice.

I am working on band gifts for the seniors and need some help with collecting pictures and information for all of our senior band and color guard students.
