Hello CBA Families,
We’re excited to bring you the latest news and updates from CBA Elementary as our little lions dive into a fantastic month of activities and achievements.
This week, we’ve kicked off our clubs and enrichment programs, and we’re thrilled to see so many students getting involved and exploring their passions. A big thank you to all who have signed up to participate and support these programs—your involvement makes a world of difference!
We also have a special event to spotlight. Our 4th and 5th graders were off campus on their first field trip of the year to Paradise Farms. This adventure focused on teamwork and problem-solving, offering students a hands-on experience to enhance their collaborative skills in a fun and engaging environment. These key skills will surely contribute to a wonderful year ahead.
We also had our first Parent Advisory Council (PAC) meeting of the year, where we mapped out a wonderful lineup of PAC-sponsored events and activities. These plans are designed to build our school community and raise funds for our new playground pavilion. We appreciate all the parents who attended and contributed their ideas and enthusiasm!
In celebration of creativity, courage, and collaboration, we observed Dot Day this week. This global event, inspired by Peter H. Reynolds’ book The Dot, began on September 15, 2009, when teacher Terry Shay introduced his classroom to this inspiring story. Our students enjoyed a range of tech and unplugged activities that encouraged them to embrace their creativity and work together in fun and meaningful ways.
Don’t miss out on the West Chester Restaurant Festival this Sunday, September 16th! We’ll have a school tent at the event and would love for you to stop by, enjoy the festival, and connect with other families.
It’s been a week full of beautiful weather, engaging learning and lots of fun, and we look forward to many more!
Thank you,
The CBA Team

CBA Elementary Parent Referral Program!
Refer a Friend!
Receive a $500 tuition credit as a thank you!
We know that great families know other great families, and the highest compliment our parents can give us is the referral of a family member, friend, or colleague.
Every child deserves a Chesterbrook Academy Elementary education. By sharing our school with others, you help to ensure that other students receive the same outstanding education as your child, while helping our community to thrive and grow.
The referral program is really simple:
1. Refer a family member, friend, or colleague to any program offered at your campuses.
2. The referring family will receive a tuition credit of $500 for every new student referred (up to three students). The referred family will also receive a $500 family tuition credit.
3. New to our school this year? You can still participate by referring other new families.
Participation is easy! You make an email introduction
*Please note, the Refer a Friend tuition credit is not retroactive. Thank you!
