Final Transcript Request
Seniors! Please fill out this FORM to let us know what college you plan to attend so that we may send your final transcripts after you graduate. It is very important that you do this so that you can register for your college classes.
Coping With End of the School Year Stress
As the end of the school year approaches, it is common to see a range of emotions among kids and teens. New routines, loss of predictability, saying goodbye to teachers and friends, worry about end-of-year exams, concerns over the upcoming transitions to new schools or grade levels, and the expectations that come with graduation and taking on more adult responsibilities, are among the many reasons for increased anxiety and stress. NCAA Free Webinar for College-Bound Athletes
Students interested in NCAA initial eligibility, there will be a FREE Webinar for college-bound student-athletes and families!
Are you a student-athlete dreaming of playing your sport at the NCAA level? Invest in your future and spend an hour on Wednesday, May 8, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., understanding the requirements and how to prepare for NCAA certification. Join NCAA Eligibility Center staff, who will walk you through what you need to do to compete at the NCAA Division I, II or III level. Staff will be answering questions live during the presentation, so come prepared to learn how to take your game to the next level! Click here to register.

UNO's Next Generation Leadership Scholarshop (NGLS)
The Next Generation Leadership Scholarship (NGLS) encourages and rewards students for their academic excellence and community engagement. There will be multiple scholarships awarded based on financial need for prospective University of Nebraska-Omaha students. Previous scholarships in the past have ranged from $1,000-$3,000. The deadline for the NGLS is Friday, June 7th at 5:00pm.

Future Engineers, discover Transportation Engineering! If you are in 10th or 11th grade, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has a great program where students can meet industry professionals, tour their workplaces, and compete to create solutions to transportation engineering problems. CSI Day
Interested in CSI? The Douglas County Sheriff's Office Forensic Services Division will host a CSI day in Omaha for high school students at Bennington Fire and Rescue. Students will learn about 3D scanning and diagramming, latent print processing, and footwear and toolmark impressions.
When: June 7, 2024; 9AM - 3PM
Where: Bennington Fire and Rescue; 10801 N. 156th St.
Cost: $30 per Explorers - Pizza lunch included!
