Check out these music stats from across the district
Each year, Kansas students can audition to perform at the Kansas Music Educators Associations’ In-Service Workshop in Wichita and participate in all-state ensembles in either band, choir, orchestra or jazz band. Every year, many Blue Valley high school students are selected to perform, some of whom have participated for three or four years of their high school careers.
Elementary and middle school students also audition to participate in KMEA’s middle and elementary-level choirs and the Kansas Choral Directors Association’s treble honor choir.
These honors showcase Blue Valley students’ passion for music and dedication to being #ChampionsOfLearning.
