Happy Saturday!

Our spirit week was a huge success! Thank you to all students and staff members who participated. It was fun to see the wacky clothes, crazy hats, and pajamas throughout the week. The students had a blast!

Monday, May 27 is a holiday. There is no school for students or staff on Monday. We will see everyone back on Tuesday morning.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all volunteers who are helping during EOG testing next week! We could not do it without your help.

End-of-Grade Testing Grades 3-5 IMPORTANT

We have end-of-grade testing next week for all students in grades 3-5. Wednesday, May 29 is reading, and Thursday, May 30 is math. Students in grade 5 also take the science test on June 3. It is imperative that students be at school on time on test days. We will begin testing promptly after the 8:00am tardy bell. Students must be on time so they can participate in testing with their classes. Students who arrive late will make up tests at a later time because we are unable to interrupt a testing session once it begins.

Students in grades 3-5 will be provided a free breakfast on test days. Breakfast on May 29 is breakfast pizza, May 30 is a sausage biscuit, and June 3 is a chicken biscuit. Students should arrive at school no later than 7:45am to have time to eat breakfast in the cafeteria prior to testing.

We review our behavior expectations with students regularly so they can show school pride at CEES and earn Class DoJo points. Students must earn 100 Class DoJo points during the month to participate in the schoolwide PBIS celebrations. Please review our CEES acronym with students at home to help support our program:
