Our Lost and Found bins are over-flowing! We will have all of the coats, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, water bottles, hats, etc. laid out to view in the cafeteria on Monday and Tuesday. Please take a moment to visit the cafeteria when you are at your child's parent/teacher conference to see if you recognize anything that might be your child's!
PBIS Climate Survey ๐ป
If you have not had an opportunity to take Vine Street's PBIS Climate Survey, I will have laptops available throughout the school with the climate survey ready to go. If you have a few minutes before or after your child's conference, please take this survey. I will review the data and it will help our PBIS team move forward with ideas to continue to make Vine Street School great!! Thank you for your support!!
Food Drive ๐ฅซ๐ซ
Vine Street School is collecting non-perishable food items (canned vegetables & fruit, canned meat & tuna, cereal, pasta, rice, peanut butter, etc.) All food collected will be donated to the Bangor community food pantries.
Parent/Teacher Conferences ๐
Monday and Tuesday are Parent/Teacher Conference days. Teachers have scheduled 20 minute conferences with families to discuss their child's academic, emotional and social progress. There is a lot to cover in that 20 minutes and many conferences are scheduled back to back. Therefore, please arrive on time (or a little early) and be respectful of time during your conference. If you feel you need to discuss your child's progress more and your 20 minute time slot is up, feel free to request another meeting with the teacher to continue the conversation at another time/day. Teachers are more than happy to meet with you anytime!
If you need information about your scheduled time, or if you still need to schedule a time, please call Mrs. Robertson in the office at 941-6300 from 8:00-4:00 and she will help you!

PTO Pie Sale ๐ฅง๐ช
The PTO Pie Sale is Monday and Tuesday! If you would like to donate a pie (or other baked items), please bring them to Vine Street on Monday, November 25 or Tuesday, November 26 during Parent/Teacher Conferences. If you have other baked goods (cookies, brownies, etc.) package them into 1/2 dozen item packages.
If you are interested in purchasing a pie or baked goods for your holiday meal, please remember to bring cash with you! (Recommended donations are $10 per pie and $5 for other baked goods.)๐ต๐ฐ
