Specialty Program applications are now open! Applications close February 1st, 2024.

If you are interested in participating in a Freedom specialty program such as CENS (Center for Environmental and Natural Sciences), Medical Coding and Billing, Pre-Governors program and more. You must complete an application.

Our Varsity Football Team plays TODAY Saturday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. in the STATE SEMI FINALS here at Freedom High School vs James Madison High School! Join us and let's cheer on our boys!

Per the VHSL, there will be no guest lists for these events. No Senior passes, Region Passes, PWCS badges, or Local passes will be accepted.

Accepted 2023-2024 passes: State Event Pass, VHSL Coaches Pass, VHSL Honored Guest, VIAAA Passes, VHSCA Pass, and BOA-CAT Pass.

Reminders: Our Concession Stand is cash ONLY. We will be serving Hotdogs, Hamburgers, and Pizza in addition to drinks and snacks. Paradise Ice cream will have their Food truck set up for us as well with Funnel cake, Fried Oreos, Chicken wings, and Fries. (they accept virtual payment)

PWCS NO BAG POLICY: If you attend a game or event at any PWCS school, please know that BAGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN GAMES/EVENTS. This includes backpacks, purses, fanny packs, etc. Clear bags are allowed for use as diaper or medical bags and are subject to search. Strollers are permitted but any bags (diaper etc.) must be clear.

No Reentry: There is no reentry to the event, once spectators leave the Stadium, they must purchase another ticket to reenter.

As Always, please continue to represent Freedom HS and our community in a positive way by exercising the highest level of sportsmanship before, during, and after our event. We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday for some great Freedom Football.

While our Varsity Freedom Football play today in the state semi-finals, our winter sports teams are gearing up for their athletic season. We are looking forward to seeing the continuation of Freedom's school spirit and support as we following our winter season teams!

Freedom High School's Student Council Advisors along with Mrs Spruill, SCA Sponsor, Mr. Frey, Administrative Intern and Freedom's parent liaisons, Ms. Douglass and Ms. Ascanio have coordinated a "way to give back" with our Angel Tree. This is opened to our Eagle Staff, Families and the community, follow these steps to participate:

1. Choose a number off the Angel Tree
2. Share the number with Ms. Douglass or Ms. Ascanio, Parent Liasons in the main office.
3. Recieve the suggested list with associated number from the Angel Tree
4. Purchase the gift/gifts
5. Bring items along with the sheet to our SCA Sponsor, Mrs. Spruill no later than 12/11
6. Gifts will be distributed to recipients on 12/18, 12/19 and 12/20
