This past Saturday, we kicked off the Winter Sports season with three soccer games! Our boys soccer team started the day with a 1-0 victory over Granger!! Then our girls soccer team matched that effort with a 2-1 victory over Granger! Unfortunately, our second girls game didn't go our way and ended with an 1-0 loss to Feaster, but the girls played hard! Congrats to all of our soccer players for their hard work and dedication! It's going to be a great season!! โฝ
Saturday morning I was also able to catch our Robotics team at their competition at Bonita Vista High School. We had three teams competing in preparation for the big tournament in January and it was awesome to watch all of their talent and hard work come to fruition as their robots battled in the ring! So proud of you Vikings, keep up the great work!! ๐ค
This is our last full week of classes as we round out the end of the semester. Don't forget to take advantage of the tutoring we offer every day before and after school, as well as our last Saturday Academy of the year this Saturday. It is important that you try your best to do well on your final exams to show what you have learned this semester so far! Also, keep in mind, that you will have to repeat any classes that you fail in Credit Recovery, so the better you do on the final exam, the better chance you have to pass!
