A Note from Mrs. Skappel
Greetings Greenwood Families! I hope the kids have been able to get outside and enjoy the snow today! We are excited to see everyone back tomorrow for some fun and even some learning before we head off for winter break!
Two highlights for you this week with pictures below:
Our Character Council Bell Ringers were out ringing bells last Friday. They had a blast helping to support those in our community who need it most!
Ava Varo in 4th grade won our Character poster contest this year! Our theme is Character, Ever After. We had over 40 entries to the contest from students at all grade levels. Everyone did great work and made it a tough competition.
Wishing you all a winter break full of family, fun and hopefully some rest/relaxation!

Lost and Found
Please stop in some time before winter break and check out the Lost and Found! There are lots of high quality items there that our students have left behind. Help them get back to the rightful owners. All items left on December 20th will be donated over break. Our Lost and Found team does a nice job of keeping them organized so they are easy to look through. Click here for pictures of everything in the lost and found!
Health Office Request
The weather is soon going to turn snowy βοΈ and wet π§. Snow forts will be built. Snow people will appear all around the playground. Snow pants will be soaked π. And....... Children will be flocking to the health office for dry clothes.
Unfortunately, the health office does not have enough pants to go around. We are especially in need of boys pants, size small, medium and large. If you happen to be doing a closet clean out, please consider donating bottoms to the health office. Thank you π
