New District 204 Volunteer Process
This year the district has implemented a new process for those parents/guardians wishing to volunteer in District 204 schools. ALL parents/guardians wishing to volunteer during the school day must fill out an online application that will be processed by the district. This must be done several weeks BEFORE you wish to start volunteering in the school. This only needs to be done once and is valid for the entire school year.
The PTA leadership STRONGLY encourages ALL parents who know they will be volunteering this school year to FILL OUT THIS FORM TODAY. (i.e., Classroom "Lead" Party Parents, Classroom Party Volunteers, etc.)
NOTE: Parent/guardians will still be asked to provide a valid form of identification (valid driver 's license, Real ID, passport) when they come into the building to volunteer.
NOTE: Fall Festival & Color Run volunteers do NOT need to complete the new district volunteer application in order to be permitted to volunteer because this specific event does not occur during the school day.
