2024-2025 Q1 EWS Indicators

This report displays EWS indicators for Academics, Attendance and Behavior for Q1 of the 2024-205 Academic year for grades 5-12.

The Multi-Trait Rubric enables teachers to give students detailed feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement in each assessment category. This approach allows teachers to customize their instruction and support based on the individual needs identified through the rubric.

Additionally, this new scoring tool empowers teachers to:

• Provide targeted instruction by pinpointing specific areas for growth.
• Ensure consistent assessment for all students according to the same standards.

• The Legacy Itembank Assessment Module is now deprecated and can no longer be administered.

• These assessments have been transitioned to the New Itembank system and are ready to be duplicated in order to be administered.

• Users will need to duplicate their Legacy Itembank assessments to New Itembank assessments.

• Please direct your teachers to this guidance document for support and have them duplicate their assessments before school starts so their assessments are ready to be administered.

• Navigate to Assessments > Bulk Assessment Duplication to start the process.
  
• Allows Admins to duplicate assessments from LIB to NIB in batches of 50 rather than individually.

• Note: Only assessments that have not yet been duplicated are available for bulk duplication. Please allow up to 24 hours for draft assessments to be available for reviewing.
