Meet Jean Hall - Wrightsboro's Assistant Principal
Hello, Cool Cats! I am so happy to have joined the school family. We landed in Wilmington 16 years ago, but I am native of Kentucky, and hold a Bachelor’s in French and a Master’s degree in teaching from the University of Louisville. If you see my looking a little crazy, it’s because I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in Educational Leadership. My background is in teaching world languages and ESL, which has given me the opportunity to teach in France, the Czech Republic, and Japan. I still love working with the U.S. Department of State global adult and secondary youth programming, which led me to initiate the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at Hoggard High School and Model United Nations program at the International School at Gregory. I prize interaction among youth and have volunteered with youth exchange to grow open-minded, global thinkers. I’m married with three children ages 16-23, and love travel, trying new foods, gardening, and being active. I am having a great time getting to know each of you!
