Spotlight of the Week
Our Daley School students thrived in their summer programs, eagerly participating in clubs like the Green Team Club, where they connected with nature, and the Art Club, where their creativity flourished. The Sports Club kept them active and engaged, while the Math and ELA clubs offered stimulating environments for academic enrichment and exploration. With such a range of opportunities to explore their interests and develop new skills, Daley students enjoyed an enriching and memorable summer.
Our spotlight of the week is the Green Team, a club designed for those eager to embrace the beauty of nature and the joy of cooking with fresh, garden-grown vegetables. Our weekly " Taste the Garden Tuesdays" allowed students to connect with the environment while honing their culinary skills and learning about the natural world. In addition to the culinary adventures, the members of Green Team also enjoyed hydrology and solar experiments, geode excavating, and learning about sustainable gardening practices while discovering the diverse ecosystem around them.

Dear Daley Middle School Families,
Welcome to the new school year! We know how important education is to your childrens' future and we are excited to work with them. We believe in your child. With your help, we will make this a great school year!
Here are some quick notes to help us all have a great start:
The first day of school is Tuesday, August 27, 2024. The early bell is 7:20 am and the late bell is 7:35 am.
Mark your calendar for our OPEN HOUSE: Wednesday, September 25th from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Open House is an important opportunity for you to meet your child's teachers and learn about expectations for the school year. Now is the time to establish a homework routine. Set aside an hour or two each evening for homework and reading. Your child will receive a school planner. Assignments, due dates, etc. should be recorded in the planner daily.
