Students who are bussers will come back inside and line up for buses.
If you are attending the clap out and plan on taking your child home with you at 3:30, please communicate that information to the classroom teacher.

2024-2025 KINDERGARTEN CHECKLIST
With summer fast approaching, we are beginning to plan for the upcoming school year. Please see the attached Kindergarten Checklist which reviews all required medical paperwork due BEFORE the first day of school. Per District 47 policy, all kindergartners must have a school physical and updated vaccine record prior to the first day of school. Unfortunately, should those forms not be submitted prior to the first day, your child will be excluded. Should your child have a medical condition requiring medication to be given at school and/or classroom accommodations, please have your physician complete the attached medical forms on the Kindergarten Checklist.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact the nurse, Mrs. Sauck, jsauck@d47.org
