State Testing
Parents and Guardians...
State testing is in April and May. Please try to avoid scheduling appointments on the testing dates below. Remember, students need plenty of rest and nutritional meals to help them stay focused. Testing begins at 7:55 a.m. Please make sure your child is on time for school. Students will need a pencil and a calculator (math test only).
- April 8 & 9 - 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade English Language Arts
- April 24 & 25 - 8th Grade Science
- April 30 & May 1 - 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Math

Parents and Guardians, Please be aware of the following dates and information:
Save the Date:
Pre-Trip Parent Meeting - Thursday May 8, 6:00-7:00pm
Luggage Drop Off - Tuesday May 27, 3:00-6:00pm
Medication Forms are due 4/14/25- That's in 10 Days!
- If your student needs a form, please have them stop by the office or the student resource center to grab one.
- Parents MUST bring medications to school during school hours on or before May 23. They can also be dropped off during the Pre-Trip Parent Meeting.
- NO medications will be accepted after May 23.
- Please bring only the amount of medication that your student will need for the trip in its original container.
- A parent or guardian is responsible for picking up any unused medications at school after the trip.
Please see the medication form for further information. If you have any questions regarding medications for the trip, please contact the clinical staff by calling the office.
Quarter 3 Incentive
Students enjoyed a beautiful day for their S.O.A.R. Incentive on Friday March 21. It was a great way to kick off Spring Break!

We are Hiring!
We are hiring classified substitute workers for various roles, including Playground Monitors, Educational Aides, Cafeteria Workers, Secretarial Staff, Custodial Staff, Bus Aides, and Bus Drivers. A current BCI & FBI background check is required before applying for any substitute position. Some positions may also require an aide permit, which the Administration Office can help you obtain. You have the flexibility to work the hours that suit you, and you'll be on call to cover for regular employees. Save the Date 💜
At Christmas we were able to provide 15 complete meals to Falcon Families and helped four families with Christmas gifts. We anticipate at least 15 families again for an Easter meal. If you cannot make one of our drive dates, consider making a monetary donation.

Child Find
Identification of Children with Disabilities The Field Local School district is in the process of locating, evaluating, and identifying children from birth to age 21, residing in the district, who may be entitled to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE), including special education and related aids and services, pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA) or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504). Children eligible for FAPE under the IDEA are those with disabilities such as Autism, Multiple Disabilities, Deaf-Blindness, Hearing Impairment, Visual Impairment, Speech or Language Impairment, Orthopedic Impairment, Emotional Disturbance, Intellectual Impairment, Traumatic Brain Injury or Specific Learning Disability.
