Student Survey

Dear Seguin ISD Families:

Students in grades 5-12 will begin participating in the Student Engagement Survey during school hours between Monday, Oct. 28 & Monday, Nov. 11.

If you prefer that your child not participate, please complete the Opt-Out form by noon tomorrow, Oct. 25.
The Opt-Out form is available here: https://forms.gle/mSwT6agvxWj1KFAb9. If you have more than one child, please fill out a form for each child. Results from these anonymous surveys will help guide our district's plans for the future.
