Please use the following link to access our attendance office procedures and Mod schedule. Parents/guardians should contact the attendance office via WITSmail or by calling 716-626-8604 to report any student absence. If your child needs to leave school prior to the end of the scheduled school day, please call the Attendance Office and send a WITSmail so proper notification/dismissal can be accommodated. If you have any additional questions regarding attendance, absences, or dismissal, please call the Heim Middle School Attendance Office.

Intramurals: students recreationally compete against their peers in the Heim Middle Gym.

Before School Session: 8:00 AM-8:45 AM

After School Session: 3:45-4:30 PM

You are responsible for your child’s transportation.

The schedule for all intramurals this year will be posted on the Heim Middle Club Calendar located on the WITS Homepage or at this link. Please only send your child for the appropriate sessions based on grade level/activity. Please note when it says “choice,” we will offer a variety of sports and the students will vote on which activity we will do.

For your child to be able to participate, please click this link to fill out the permission slip. It is valid for the whole school year. If you have multiple children at Heim Middle, please fill one out for each student.
