Water Bottle Reminder!
As it is warming up again, we are seeing many more red faces and getting complaints of stomachaches and headaches from scholars who say they don't have a water bottle. Please remind your scholars to bring a water bottle everyday. Fill it with ice and they can use the water fountain refilling station.

Calling All 5th-8th Graders!
All current 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, along with our new junior high scholars are invited to a neon 80s social to meet and greet the new JH crew for the 25-26 school year.
This is a themed-party! JH scholars ONLY are permitted to dress in bright neon and 80s attire all day. REMINDER! All dress should conform to the Heritage Academy standards of modesty. Spandex, exposed midriffs, off-the-shoulder tops exposing undergarments or spaghetti straps, and any inappropriate t-shirt messaging will not be permitted.
Time is RUNNING OUT to Order Your School Supplies for Next Year!
For the first time ever, Pinnacle is partnering with EduKit to make school supply shopping EASY! Until June 1, 2025 you can easily order your scholar's supplies for next year without fighting the crowds or wondering if you are selecting the correct items. Click HERE or click on the picture to go directly to our school EduKit site, scroll to your Fall 2025 grade level and buy your kit now.
DEADLINE to order supplies is June 1st
All kits will be delivered to campus and we will organize a drive-thru pick up day on July 23, 2025 so you can get your kit, unpack it, and load up your scholar's backpack before school starts.
We Need Volunteers for Field Day & Water Day
On Wednesday, May 21st, we will celebrate an amazing year with an all-school field day and water day. Scholars will participate in multiple field day activities from 8:15-10:00 a.m. Then, at 10:00 a.m., scholars can cool off with water games including two 60 foot inflatable water slides.
We need your help!
We would love for parent volunteers to join us that morning to help ensure a safe and fun day for our scholars. Parent volunteers will be expected to participate in field day activities, possibly help run field day stations, and actively supervise all scholars. Additionally, because this activity is being held during the school day and on our campus, all parent volunteers must adhere to the same dress code standards that we require of our scholars (i.e. appropriate length of shorts, avoid spaghetti straps and tube tops, stomachs covered, positive wording on shirts, etc.). We appreciate your support in modeling these expectations to our scholars.
Click HERE to add your name to our list of volunteers.
Homework Club 25-26
Homework Club (A.K.A. aftercare option next year)
Currently, before and aftercare is provided through Liberty Kids Preschool at a monthly cost to parents. We are exploring more cost-effective options to provide activities and homework support next year. As we plan, we need to get an idea of how many parents need and would use these services next year.
This is what we are looking to provide:
Space, time, and adult support to work on homework
Opportunities for scholars to get exercise and play games when homework is finished
Time: 3:30-5:00 p.m. on full school days (not provided on half days)
Cost: $350/semester per scholar (regardless of days attended)
**At this time, we would not be able to provide additional care before school.
Please indicate if you are in need of or would be interested in this service next year in the form below.

Liberty Kids Preschool and Pre-K!
Driveline Procedures
Morning driveline begins at 7:30 a.m.
Afternoon driveline is 3:15-3:30 p.m. (gates open at 2:30 p.m.)
RED ARROWS- this is the kindergarten driveline for pick-up after school only. All kindergarten scholars (with their 1st-8th grade siblings) will be waiting in the courtyard and they will exit through the wooden gates to load their cars. Pull as far forward as possible. See the red X.
IMPORTANT! Liberty Kids Preschool uses this curb to pick up at 2:45 p.m. Kinder parents cannot start lining up on the curb until 3:00 p.m.
BLACK ARROWS- this is the driveline for 1st-8th grade pick-up. The gates will open at 2:30 p.m. Please pull as far forward as possible so we can remove traffic from Pinnacle Peak Rd.
Waiting on Pinnacle Peak Rd- cars that are facing WEST need to pull as far off the road and into the dirt as possible while they wait to enter the parking lot.
Out of consideration for other parents who have been waiting in line, please do not drive through and then wait in the parking lot to cut the drive line. We have received multiple complaints from parents who are waiting in the long line. We appreciate everyone doing their part and showing each other courtesy and patience.
Please follow these guidelines for a safe and efficient pick up:
- Have your car tag clearly displayed.
- Pull up to the furthest cone possible.
- If you need to buckle your child, pull forward and off to the side.
- Eyes up, phone down please!
- Show citizenship, patience, and courtesy to other parents & drivers- YOU are setting an example for all of our scholars.
IMPORTANT NOTICE- Student Pick-up Time Limit
After school, scholars should be picked up by 3:30 p.m.
Scholars who are still on campus after 3:30 (and parents are not actively waiting in driveline) will be walked to Hero Club and parents will be charged a $20 non-registration fee plus $2/minute past 3:45 p.m. After two occurrences, your scholar will be enrolled in Hero Club at the monthly fee.
If you know you will frequently arrive later than 3:15, please register your scholar for Hero Club.
