GSA Meeting
Come join the GSA on Monday, February 10, for the viewing of the documentary "The Death and Life of Marsha P. Johnson", a powerful story of one of the most iconic figures in LGBTQ+ history. This documentary follows the life, activism and mysterious death of Marsha P. Johnson, a Black trans woman who was a trailblazer leading the fight for LGBTQ+ rights and was a key figure in the Stonewall Uprising. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Mr. Valois or Ms. Wells-Scott.

Are you interested in learning more about leadership? Would you like to attend an all-expense paid leadership conference? The application is now open for Boys and Girls State candidates. Please check your email for more information from Mrs. Little and Mr. Parrillo.
Again...Attention Juniors!
The Horatio Alger Scholarship that awards between $10,000-$25,000 is open to JUNIORS who meet the following criteria: has overcome adversity and/or hardships; min 73 GPA; financial need; activities & service; intends to apply to either 2- or 4-year institutions; US citizen.
Check out the Scholarship link on the Guidance page of the school website for more info! Applications are due by March 1! Be sure to use your guidance counselor’s attleboroschools.com email address when including their contact information in your application.
Get Your Permission Slips In!
Students going on the New England Tech field trip next week should have their permissions slips turned into your Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Little or Mr. Parrillo. If you have not done this yet, please make it a priority.
Athletics
Softball Meeting
There will be a softball program meeting on Wednesday, February 5, at 2PM in Coach Homer's room, C-116, for all athletes interested in trying out for Softball this coming Spring.
Spring Sports
ArbiterSports/FamilyID will be opened to register for Spring Sports on Monday, February 10, for athletes interested in participating in the following sports:
- Baseball
- Softball
- Boys and Girls Lacrosse
- Boys and Girls Spring Track
- Boys and Girls Tennis
- Boys Volleyball
- Unified Track and Field.
