My opinion
SPM being one of my favorite rappers, I've read a lot on his case and have found out that he was falsely accused by the five year old's mother. Many years before this Carlos and the mother hooked up while her husband was in jail for one night. She blackmailed him trying to get money out of him or she threatened to tell her husband of her affair. Story goes along as Carlos never gives her money, so she promised him she'd ruin his life one way or another. I believe this case was very sexist and racist, with little to no physical evidence that Carlos performed any of these acts. I believe he should be given a re-trial, to review the case once again with fresh eyes to decide and figure out the real truth.
