Magic Mtn Trip/ 8th grade Awards/ Promotion Ceremony
Good Evening All Sinaloa Families,
This is our last week of school and we have many end of the year activities for our 8th graders. On Monday our 8th graders that signed up to go to Magic Mountain will be on this special trip. This is our last full day of school for the year. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday we will have normal minimum days 8:00 - 12:10. ON THURSDAY, 6/6/24, we will have a REVERSE MINIMUM DAY for our 6th and 7th Graders from 10:30 - 2:40. Students will not be allowed on campus until after 10 AM.
On Thursday, 6/6, our eligible 8th graders will be participating in their Promotion Ceremony. This is a very special day for our 8th graders and gates will open up at 7:15 AM. 8th Graders should arrive no later than 8AM so we can line them up for the ceremony. 8TH GRADERS INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CEREMONY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS UNTIL 10:30 AM.
The entire Sinaloa Faculty and Staff want to wish all of our families a restful and relaxing summer vacation. Good Luck to all of our 8th graders as they move on to high school. Please continue to make your Sinaloa Family proud.

Our PTSA wants to thank all of our families that helped with the textbook collections last week. We have another exciting volunteer opportunity this Weds. 6/5 for our 8th grade picnic. This fun event needs parents to volunteer to help serve food for our 8th graders. We will need volunteers from 9:45 - 12:00. If you can volunteer for any amount of time we would appreciate it. 6th and 7th graders if you have not passed 9 of your 12 classes or if you have 2 or more U's this year you will be put on a probation contract starting next year. This will not allow you to participate in certain activities and it may affect your elective choices.
