The Weekly Update #4
February 27th, 2024
Dear Awesome Falcon Families,
"What you choose to focus on becomes your reality." ~Jen Sincero~
This past Friday I made an announcement and congratulated our students because 99.99% of them are following the school policy with keeping their cell phones and ear pods in their back packs during class and outside of class. There are .01% of students who continue to have ear pods on their person and using their cells phones. While I walked around during lunch I asked the students if they heard my message, and to my joy they said "yes, you congratulated us on our good behavior and following the cell phone and ear pod policy!" I made a decision to focus on the positive because it is my reality! Each day I come to work, I look forward to seeing our students smiling, and greeting me with a hello. Our students at Hilltop Middle school are ready to learn and are truly working on being kind to one another and doing the right things. Thank you to our HTM students, parents, teachers and staff for making HTM such a positive place to be!
At the end of the week we will be going on a much needed Spring Break March 18th - April 1st. School Resumes on April 2nd. Please do not forget to reset you clocks we "Spring Forward" one hour on Sunday, March 10th.
