We want to ensure that you have received all the necessary communication and are fully prepared for a successful Parent/Teacher Conference next week.

Dear Families,

Thank you to those who have already contacted teachers regarding your conference schedule. This is a reminder that the [LINK] will be used to sign up for conferences on Monday, November 25th. The schedule will accommodate both In-Person and Virtual conferences. Please refer to the times listed below.

For in-person conferences, please enter Jefferson High School through the Kerby St. side doors. A staff member will greet you upon arrival and direct you to the appropriate rooms.

We look forward to connecting with each of you to discuss your student’s progress!

Dear Families,

We are looking forward to seeing you at our upcoming Tuesday Parent/Teacher Conferences! This year, we will be conducting the meetings in an "arena" style. Each teacher will be stationed in the cafeteria during the times listed below. Parents are asked to enter through the Kerby St. Cafeteria doors.

Please note that since these are drop-in meetings, there may be a slight wait, and each meeting is expected to last more than 7-10 minutes. To ensure you have enough time for each meeting, we recommend arriving with some extra time to accommodate any wait.
