Live Healthy Iowa: 10 Week Challenge Update

Disc Golf:
Sioux City offers 3 disc golf courses. All courses are FREE and open to the public during regular park hours. Check out Courses here.
Miniature Golf:
Bring your own golf ball and club to Riverside park next to the Miracle League Baseball Diamond.
Dog Park:
Bacon Creek Dog Park is Sioux City's only Off-Leash Dog Park. There are separate, fenced-in areas for small and big dogs. Bring your dog to run off leash and train them to socialize with other pets! Click here for more information.
County Parks:
Siouxland offers a number of county parks with opportunities to explore the Loess Hills. Click here for more park information.
State Park:
Stone State Park is an urban wildlife sanctuary on the edge of Sioux City. Visitors can explore the natural history of the park by walking its many miles of trails, looking for wildlife and birds, or at the nearby Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center. Click here for more park information.

Ride your bike to the parking lot of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce between 6:30 am-8:30 am for a free breakfast, giveaways, vendor tables, and a chance to win prizes!
Attendees will also receive a wristband to gain access to all-day BOGO deals at participating downtown restaurants.

Think the "Amazing Race" but in Sioux City. This new style of racing will test your endurance in a fun way that isn't just a traditional 5k or bike ride.
- Two person teams (Men's, Women's, Co-Ed)
- Biking, running, and mystery challenges
- Wayfinding the best path around town
- After parties, and prizes!
$80/team, but only $60/team if you sign up before May 8, 2023!
