Dear CNTA Members,

We are thrilled to share some great news with you regarding Monday's negotiation session. Our teams met for a full day, and we are happy to report significant progress! Through productive collaboration, we reached tentative agreements on seven key items. The contract language we’ve worked together to develop is strong, clear, and beneficial for all of us.

There’s just one item left to address, and we’ve scheduled what we hope will be the final meeting on October 28th.

We are optimistic that this will conclude negotiations, and we’ll be able to bring the updated contract to the membership for review and approval in the coming month.

Thank you all for your continued support and patience throughout this process. We are excited to be so close to a final agreement and look forward to sharing more updates soon!

THIS SURVEY WILL CLOSE NOVEMBER 1: We have long advocated for the district to ask for meaningful feedback from our members regarding S-Day trainings. Under the leadership of Dr. Jeremy Goins, Educational Services has created the following survey. We are sending it out to allow our members to feel that they can give honest feedback with anonymity. They even want to hear from those of us that did not attend, so they can better understand why that might be. It is so important that you take the time to share your thoughts with the district, so that they can develop trainings that meet our needs as professionals. Whether you have positive feedback or wish to see improvements, please make your voice heard.
