All students will be photographed for the yearbook on picture day. You will be sent an email with your proof image to view in about two weeks with a code allowing you to view and purchase your portrait packages online.

Students will go to the library to get their picture taken during their Social Studies class.

**If your student does not get his/her picture taken on Tuesday, September 10th, there will be a MAKE-UP DAY on Tuesday, October 22nd.**

PHOTO TIPS:

• Solid colors or small, simple patterns photograph best.
• Avoid wearing shirts with logos or sayings.

The Kona Ice Truck will be parked at Tison during all four lunches on September 27th! Below is a price guide for options. The truck will also be back at Tison on October 18th and November 22nd!

Trustworthiness

Do you know who you can trust? Can YOU be trusted? Our character trait for September is trustworthiness. This means that you are an honest, reliable, and loyal person. To demonstrate that we are trustworthy, Roos choose to be someone that others can depend on.

There are certain times during the book fair when crowd volume gets pretty high. The periods we are open in the morning before school (7:35-8:05 AM) and the period after school (3:45-4:05 PM) are the busiest times for the book fair.

If you are able to come in and volunteer -- either to work as crowd control or to run the 2nd register -- you will be eligible for a 20% discount off of a book fair purchase!
