YOUR NEW PRINCIPAL
Meet Mrs. McKennon
Hello and Happy June!
My name is Sara McKennon and I am so excited that I will be your new principal for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year!
To give you a little background, I have been a teacher and an assistant principal for over 20 years, 7 of those years I was actually teaching 4th and 5th grade at Sunset. I am very excited to be coming back and embarking on my first Principalship. I am looking forward to connecting with families and other community members to learn and share ideas on how to make Sunset the best that it can be!
I will reach out again soon, but in the meantime, I hope you all have a wonderful summer break and I can't wait to see you all for the first day of school on August 27th!
