Dear Jaguar Friends & Families,
I hope everyone is able to spend additional time with friends and family in honor of our fallen heroes during this Memorial Day weekend.
A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to the volunteers and community members that put together Saturday's Memorial Day Parade and Car Show. It was a great event!
A little on the chilly side, but the weather cooperated and we have breaks of sunshine. Our ASB and Jag Leadership students made the most of the visiting crowds by selling will be selling baked goodies and Easton merch. All proceeds for the sales will go to our ASB fund for student activities for the 2024/225 school year. The students had many generous donations and purchases. I know the Easton Memorial Day Committee has been working and planning all year to make this great event happen for the community and they did it, it was an awesome day!
Several dates to place on your radar are Saturday, June 8th for Graduation and Monday, June 10 for Easton School Awards Assembly. These next few weeks are always a whirlwind, so hang on and enjoy the ride.
Lastly, as the school year winds down, on behalf of the staff at Easton School I'd also like to say a "Big Thank You" to our Jag parents for your ongoing support of your student(s) and for the school itself. The school in many ways works in partnership with parents. We do our best to support your efforts at home and in turn we hope you support our efforts here at the school.
In my 30+ years in this business, I don't believe I've been around a team of staff members that cares more for the students than the staff here at Easton.
Have a great week and Go Jags!

June Spirit Week
Athletics for 2024-25
We know that making a commitment for athletic for next years seems way off in the future.
However, with a school our size every student's decision makes an impact. Mr. Hickman is requesting parents and guardians to please be talking to your students about their commitment to playing next year as he needs to order uniforms, determine schedules, hire coaches, etc.
Currently, Mr. Hickman is gathering numbers for next year's sports: HS volleyball, HS basketball, HS football, HS track, JH basketball and JH volleyball. He is also looking at the possibility for JH Track and JH Wrestling, but we need student participation numbers to make that happen.
School Supply Drive
Jerrol's in Ellensburg is organizing its 3rd annual School Supply Drive for any Kittitas County student in need. Last year, Jerrol's provided supplies to 250 students. This year they hope to exceed 500 students.
Students and their families can go to Student.Jerrols.com to register for their supplies and list what they need. The school supplies will be customized to the student’s request. Jerrol's will then contact the students and their families for supply pick up.
A huge Easton "Thank You" goes to Jerrol's for making this happen for student's in Kittitas County!
