She brings a wealth of experience to the position and we look forward to having her join our Sandshore family. Please see Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker's bio below.
Please Welcome Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker to Sandshore School

After spending some time at home with her daughter, Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker returned to education as the Assistant Principal at Madison Junior School where she implemented initiatives that focused on the social and emotional well-being of students, while also enhancing the academic program. Furthermore, Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker is highly focused on supporting faculty. She enhanced a new teacher orientation program to support new school staff. Additionally, as the District's School Safety Specialist, Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker was been instrumental in improving safety throughout the District.
Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker began her collegiate studies at St. Joseph's University studying Finance. After one year, she transferred to Trenton State College where she studied Public Administration and was a member of the 1992 Softball National Championship Team. From working with children in clinics, she was inspired to complete her Master of Arts in Teaching degree in 1995. While teaching and also coaching softball at Princeton University and Rider University, she earned her second Master’s Degree in Secondary Administration from Rider in 2004.
Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker served as the Principal of Orange Avenue School (Grades 3 to 8) in Cranford up until her retirement. There she worked collaboratively with parents, students, and staff to ensure the success of the Orange Avenue School community. In Cranford, she was the District Safety and Security Specialist and worked with all emergency services departments in the town. During Covid-19, she worked to get students and staff safely back in the building.
Since retiring, Mrs. Lubieski-Hutmaker has worked as an Interim Principal in Voorhees at Signal Hill Elementary School and then continued to support the district as a substitute Principal and worked to revamp the BSI, EP, and RTI programs. She has completed an Interim role at Montgomery Upper Middle School (Grades 7 and 8) as the Assistant Principal, Interim Principal in Berlin Township (Pre-K to 4), and the Interim Assistant Principal at Washington Elementary School in Edison.
