Kinder students start their educational journey. Good luck class of 2036!

Register for 2023-2024

Each year requires a new registration. If you haven't already, we ask that you log into ParentVue to register and provide any updated information from last year. At the end of registration there will be a prompt to fill out the Meal Benefits - Federal Funding Application. This application provides a variety of funding and opportunites for our students, so we ask that you please complete the form. Breakfast and lunch are free to all students this year.

AUGUST SOCIAL and EMOTIONAL LEARNING

This month we will begin the year with a focus on Growth Mindset and spend time discussing, modeling, and practicing RESPECT


We want Chatfield to be a community where every student feels a sense of belonging, as well as contributes to a sense of belonging for those around them.

Teachers Preparing for 2023-24

Teachers started their professional learning off this year reviewing the systems and structures at Chatfield so that every student has consistency and predictability throughtout our community. We know EVERY MOMENT COUNTS, and we want to ensure we are setting students up for success.

WE ARE ACHIEVING!

We are proud of our students hard work. Not ony have our CMAS scores continued to increase in both ELA and Math over the last three years, but our primary scores in Dibels have as well! Congratulate your child, and be sure to thank a teacher!

MATH BRIGHT SPOT AWARD

Chatfield Elementary is being recognized for earning Governor’s Bright Spot Award for growth in math based on state math assessments since 2019. Chatfield is one of 12 schools to recieve the award, and 1 of only 2 schools in the state to recieve multiple Bright Spot Awards! Way to go students and staff!

Governors Polis Visits Chatfield

Congratulations to Chatfield Elementary School for being recognized with the Governor’s Bright Spot Award for ELA. The Bright Award is given for academics growth.

The last two years Chatfield has exceeded the district's average academic growth percentage and earned the highest percentage of student growth to receive the D51 Outstanding Academic Growth School Award.
