Thank You for a Memorable Remembrance Day Ceremony
A big thank you to everyone who helped make the Remembrance Day Ceremony at MCHS a powerful and moving experience. A special thank you goes out to the dedicated staff who spent countless hours planning and preparing to ensure the ceremony honored the courage and sacrifices of those who have served. A special thank you to Father Trini, Mrs. Sansano, Mr. Adams and Mr. Swerda for leading this important event.
We would also like to thank the students and volunteers who participated in the ceremony, whether by delivering speeches, performing, or supporting behind the scenes. Your contributions allowed us to reflect on the importance of remembrance, unity, and gratitude. Thank you all for helping us pay tribute to those who have served and sacrificed. Your efforts made this year’s ceremony truly memorable.

Roc the Mocs was celebrated on Thursday, November 7. This day recognized the cultural pride and unity of the Indigenous people worldwide. To mark the occasion, Mrs. Wagner's social studies class made bannock bread to share with the school community at lunch. A special thank you goes out to Dathan Pott’s auntie for sharing her delicious recipe!

MCHS Career Fair - November 20th
MCHS is hosting a Career Fair for students who are still unsure about their professional future or simply for those who want to explore all options. Career fairs are an invaluable way to get the information you need to prepare yourself for what lies ahead. MCHS will be hosting a variety of Trades & Companies to help inform students about requirements and skills needed for the Skilled Trades Careers in Alberta.
