Fall is here and we would like to surprise our North staff with Halloween treats on Thursday, October 31st. To start this party off we need some yummy donations from our amazing North families! We are looking for bakers and shoppers. Baked goods can be homemade or store bought. Candy must be in its original wrapper.

**Please drop off your treats at the main office between 7am & 3:30pm on Wednesday, October 30th. The Amazon Wish List orders will be delivered directly to the PTO representative. Thank you in advance; the North staff really appreciates this fun event!

Together, we can make this year the best one yet!

Students are not permitted to have food delivered to the school for lunch. This includes, but is not limited to, UberEats, DoorDash, and parents/guardians bringing outside food to the building. Dropping off a lunch that is forgotten (homemade lunch for example) is allowed. We want to limit the interruption caused by large food deliveries occurring during the school day and the potential for students to be distributing/sharing food with other students in the cafeteria. Thank you for your support and understanding.

An email went to families this early in the week about Schoology Family Codes. Please be aware of this communication as you prepare for your conferences. Since the start of the school year, we have had 210 active parent accounts at SCN

Parents and students parking across Red Gate Road, along River Ridge Dr. for pick up this has become a considerable issue during the PM pick up. Even though signs are posted, "NO PARKING", this is completely ignored. Cars are parked on both sides of the street making it very difficult to drive up River Ridge. Often, cars pulled out and are insistent that a driver entering the neighborhood back-up.
Should there be an emergency within the neighborhood, just prior to dismissal, the emergency vehicles will not be able to navigate that entrance to our neighborhood.
