Dear Rocket Families,

I hope you enjoyed the holiday weekend! Please be sure that your child dresses in layers this week as we expect very LOW temperatures each morning.

I wanted to share a couple of items with you:

Carolina Photography will be at Rutherfordton Elementary School to photograph CLASS GROUP pictures this Friday, January 24. If you would like to order pictures, please return the order form that was sent home last week and payment with your student on picture day. Or for your convenience, you may prepay for pictures online by going to www.carolinaphoto.net and entering JOB KEY C97RX26Q. The online prepay will be available through the day of pictures.

Rutherford County Schools recently adopted a calendar for the 2025-2026 school year. You can access it here - RCS Traditional Calendar 2025-2026. It is also below.

KINDERPALOOZA is Tuesday, February 18. This is a fun event put on by Rutherford County Schools to get rising kindergarteners excited about starting school. Kinderpalooza will be from 4:00-6:30 at the Foundation at Isothermal Community College. Please help us spread the word!
