Wednesday, June 12th is the final day of school for students for the 2023-2024 traditional calendar. Please stay in communication with your child’s teacher for end of year celebration information unique for each grade level.

The Bryan Road ES staff is so grateful for the support of PTA during our end of year staff celebration breakfast. Special thanks goes to Michelle Bennett for her willingness to coordinate with Chick-fil-A after learning about a date miscommunication. Her dedication to our school and the quick response of Chick-fil-A brought a lot of joy to the staff event.

Families who were approved to volunteer in the 2023-24 school year will receive an email on June 1 outlining the simple volunteer renewal process for the 2024-25 school year. We encourage all 2023-2024 approved volunteers to renew their volunteer status during the renewal window, July 1-Oct. 1. Review details at wcpss.net/volunteers.

We are requesting that parents complete the 2024 Moving Over the Summer form for each student if your family will be moving to another school or district this summer. Our Data Manager will contact you to complete the withdrawal process from Bryan Road Elementary School.
