Afterschool Enrichment: Last Call for Sports Classes! (Change Words/Keep graphics for sports only, take out science flyers !)

Our fall after-school enrichment program is selling-out quickly! Our sports classes from Kassirer Sports still have spaces available!

Due to the extremely hot weather in the forecast, we will be postponing our final Lunch Quad Garden Volunteer Day. We will reschedule in a few weeks and hope for cooler weather. Please keep your eye out for our information about how you can help prepare the Lunch Quad Garden for student planting.

We invite you to join us for our October PTO meeting on Wednesday, October 9th at 6:30 pm! This meeting will be both in person (in the Library) and on Zoom. Our Zoom link will be https://tinyurl.com/LESPTOMtg and the passcode is “LESPTO2024”. The passcode is case sensitive. Please note: For the safety of all involved, before entering Zoom please change your name on Zoom. List your first name, last name, and student’s teacher name (e.g. Ray Ovsunshyne, Mrs. Plattner.) The Lawrence Free Book Library is located outside the front office. Students can choose books from the shelf to keep! If you have books at home you would like to donate, please add them to the shelf. We do ask that you keep the books tidy as you’re going through them. Thank you!

The Maker Space wants your leftover, partially used, or extra art and craft supplies! Please drop off supplies in the "Art & Craft Supplies Collection" bin through the month of October.

Students will use the supplies to create and innovate in the Maker Space! If you have any questions, please email Olivia at lawrenceptogreen@gmail.com.

We are so happy to see so many labradors running their hearts out each week! We look forward to seeing all our labradors each Friday, weather permitting. Sign-ups will continue throughout the year – you can join anytime.

Trunk or Treat will be on Friday, October 25th, 2023 from 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm
We will have treat trunks, music, photo backdrops, food trucks, and of course the 5th Grade Haunted House! More info coming soon!
