What students do in the Summer!

This summer I, Treyton Woodland spent a lot of my time doing what I love, playing baseball. I love pitching and playing 3rd base. My dad and mom coached my team. The parents played a prank on the players by picking a silly song as our walk up song. My mom and dad chose, Pretty Girls Walk Like This.
My team didn’t make it to the playoffs, but I was picked up by another team to go play in the tournament with them. I would hit the ball so far that they nicknamed me “Trey Bomb”.

Class Team Building

Mrs. Wirfs’ classes worked on collaboration, cooperation, and communication by doing a team building activity in class.

The Secret Garden

Students and Staff of MNMS are thrilled to be apart of our local Payson Community Theater show, The Secret Garden starting August 22, 23, 24, 26, 29, 30, 31, at 7:30 and September 2nd (Labor day 3pm) All performances at PHS. Come and support their efforts and enjoy a beautiful musical story!

Drama Opportunity

"Calling all Dramatic 7th Graders (Sorry, no 6th Graders): Auditions for this year's Competition team will be September 4th, after school. This team will consist of a Large Musical Number, Small Musical Number, 2 Scenes, and 2 Monologues. We will be competing against other Middle Schools and Jr Highs in our district mid October. If you are interested in auditioning, or want more information, come see Mrs. Schofield in room 300 (Little Theatre) for an audition packet and sign ups today!"
