We appreciate all your hard work in reducing chronic absenteeism and ensuring our attainment of full accreditation this year. Our aim is to keep chronic absenteeism below 15% by the end of the academic year. Currently, 13% of our students have experienced chronic absenteeism. With your continued support, we can achieve this goal!

Ways You Can Help:

• Schedule family vacations during school breaks.
• Encourage your children to attend school unless they are sick.
• When your child has an appointment, try to have him/her attend at least part of the school day.
• If you require any assistance, please feel free to contact our parent liaison, Ms. Hernandez, or our school counselors, Ms. Young or Ms. Simmons.

According to the Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act (AHERA), our school must have an Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) in place. We are pleased to inform you that, in compliance with AHERA regulations, there is no Asbestos-Containing Building Material (ACBM) present in the construction of our school. The PDF letter below serves as formal notification based on the requirements outlined in the AMP.

PowerMax Company, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is dedicated to bringing the Prince William County community together in a safe and enjoyable setting. Our goal is to provide valuable information and strategies to enhance safety practices within our community. Join us for FREE Food, Face Painting, Moon Bounce, Live Entertainment, and much more!
