This one has been around for a minute, but it's definitely a great one! to try out

Our pages only have a certain amount of length until we need to go to the next page.

However, if we are just viewing a document online, you don't need to have them separated for printing.

Use Pageless mode and stop getting frustrated by page breaks!

Checklists are great to use, both for yourself and with students, but they automatically strikethrough your text once completed.

Try this quick workaround:

1. First create a two-column table to hold our checklist.
2. To do this click "Insert" then click "Table" then drag your mouse to select two-columns and as many rows as items in your checklist.
3. This will insert a table into your document.
4. Add in your checkboxes on the left and items on the right.

You can remove the lines to have more of a 'list' rather than a table. Check it out here:

1. To do this, right click on the table and select "Table properties".
2. In the "Table properties" settings panel, expand the section titled "Color".
3. For the "Table border" setting, change the width to "0 pt".

Dropdowns are great for giving a quick option or multiple choice to students to avoid misspellings, errors, or unwanted options. Google Docs offers both preset and custom dropdown lists to fit any type of document.
