Self awareness lesson 15



  • Introduce Video: Say, “Today, we’re going to learn about self-efficacy, which is our belief in our ability to succeed.”



  • Reflection questions - students may respond verbally in class discussion or write their thoughts on paper.


  • Why is self-efficacy important?

  • Tell us about a time when you were faced with a difficult task and you believed that you can do it. (Teachers may want to share a personal example here.)
