HELP US REACH OUR ANNUAL FUND GOAL!
ONLY 49% OF FAMILIES HAVE CONTRIBUTED TOWARD OUR 75% GOAL
In honor of St. Theresa's feast day earlier this month, we embarked on a special period of giving, honoring her radiant spirit of generosity. Inspired by the Little Flower herself, we invite each family to support our Annual Fund. Our goal is to achieve 100% participation, for every offering—no matter the size—holds immense power in nurturing our cherished school community. Let us unite this October to make a lasting impact on our school!
We are grateful to the families who have donated but we are far from our goal - with only 49% of families contributing. Will you join the Annual Fund fun today?

A FEW IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS
Your child's safety is our top priority. Here are several important reminders as we move through the school year:
FRONT OFFICE EMAIL
We are excited to announce a dedicated email address for all communications regarding absences, tardies, carpool, lunch updates, and similar inquiries. This will help us streamline communication and ensure your questions are addressed promptly. Please use frontoffice@sttheresa.cc for any related matters moving forward. We ask that you continue to copy homeroom teachers for carpool changes and homeroom teachers/nurse if your child is sick. Thank you for your cooperation!
EMERGENCY CONTACTS
Each family should have a minimum of two emergency contacts listed in the Parent Portal. We kindly ask that you check your account and update or add these contacts at your earliest convenience.
EARLY DISMISSALS
We kindly ask that you provide ample notice to your child's homeroom teacher and the Front Office at frontoffice@sttheresa.cc to let them know that you are picking up your child early. If your child needs to leave during school hours, please email both your child's homeroom teacher and the Front Desk at frontoffice@sttheresa.cc. Remember to pick up your child at the Front Desk, where our staff will notify the teacher. All parents are required to sign out their child before departing.
PARENT VISITORS
We request that all parent visitors sign in and sign out at the Front Office when visiting the school. While you may be closer to another exit when leaving, it is vital to sign out at the Front Office to ensure the safety of the school.
FORGOTTEN LUNCH
Students have the option to either bring their lunch from home each day or purchase a meal from Lunch Direct. If a lunch is forgotten, it can be delivered to the school office until 9:00AM. Please remember that fast food lunches cannot be dropped off unless it is for a birthday. If your child doesn't have a lunch by the designated time, they will receive a meal from Lunch Direct, and the family's account will be charged appropriately.
CARPOOL PROCEDURES
Please do not line up in the parking lot prior to 3:05PM. Any cars in the line prior to 3:05, will be asked to pull around to the back of the line. Thank you for your help and understanding.
