November 2024
Message
Hello Franklin Families!
We're in for an exciting season with many wonderful events and learning opportunities coming up at Franklin Elementary!
A reminder that Picture Retake Day is just around the corner on November 12. If your child missed the initial picture day or you’d like to capture a new photo, this is the perfect opportunity.
As we look ahead, we’re thrilled for our annual Thanksgiving Feast on November 22nd, where our students will enjoy a shared meal and create cherished memories together.
Additionally, the Holiday Fun Fest on December 5th will be filled with festive fun, including a visit from Santa, crafts, and cocoa. Don’t forget to mark your calendar! There is a sign-up for pictures with Santa, so please be sure to sign-up. This will help with families not having to wait in line.
Check out the new "Learning at Franklin" section in our newsletter! Here, we'll be spotlighting student learning opportunities that showcase our commitment to not only creating meaningful memories, but also helping students build strong foundational skills for a bright future.
There are also videos at the bottom of the newsletter from our trunk-or-treat and character dress up day parade. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm!

Franklin Thanksgiving Feast
It's our 3rd annual Thanksgiving Feast! All of our Franklin students sit down, eat together, and create amazing memories together. In order to accomplish this, we will need some help! We will need food donations and some volunteers. Each class will need a donation of some type of dessert, rolls, butter, stuffing, vegetable side, drinks, and paper products. Please find your class below to sign up. If you are volunteering, I will need you at Franklin at 1:30pm on Friday, November 22nd. If all volunteer slots are full and you still want to come in, please email me and I will add you to the list.
