All In
Bethel Family,
Happy Monday Morning! We are looking forward to another great week of Remote Learning. Don't forget that our final day for remote learning material pick-up will be on Friday, May 15th. Please stop by the school to pick up materials for the last few weeks of the school year and to return any completed work that you have. Also, don't forget to return any library books that your child has checked out.
Thank you for showing our staff how much you appreciate them during last week's Staff Appreciation Week! We received many cards, emails, and kind words. We are so thankful to work with such a supportive school-community. Many of you sent pictures and videos thanking our staff. Check out the video below to see the sweet messages that were shared with our teachers.
Have a great week, please let us know if there is anything that we can do to support your family!

Our teachers have prepared activities to keep your child's brains active and their skills sharp. Please click on the blue "Remote Learning" link above to access Bethel's Teacher Documents. Click on your child's teacher's name to access the assignments that students are expected to do each day that we are in this phase of Remote Learning.
If you have questions about any of the assignments, teachers will be available each day from 8-12. Their contact information is listed on their document.
Internet access has been made available in the parking lot at Bethel School. We have marked these parking spaces with parking cones. See the image below to find the spot that should have internet access.
Parents, make sure to take pictures of your students working and share them on social media by using #bethelallin
Beginning May 4th, we ask parents of rising Kindergarten children to visit our website or that of the school for the district in which they reside, to complete an on-line registration form. There are other pieces of paperwork for example a birth certificate, blue health form and proof of residency, among others, that we will collect prior to school starting in August. For parents that cannot access the on-line form, they can call 828-264-7190 and we will help complete this first step of registration over the phone. By completing the form in May, parents will be giving us information we need to best plan for our incoming class of Kindergarteners as a district and at each school. Right now, we do not know for certain that we will be able to host on site Kinder Orientations in August, but as soon as we are sure, we will be in touch. We look forward to your child joining the WCS family!
